1 Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, where applicable, account closure. Any winnings accrued on an account later found to belong to an underage user will be forfeited in full.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 9c444. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment instruments, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 9c444 will close all duplicate accounts, void any bonus balances across all accounts, and may suspend the primary account pending review.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are required to update your account information promptly if any detail changes. 9c444 is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security and the 9c444 Login

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9c444 Login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 9c444 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any transaction, wager, or activity completed while your credentials are authenticated is deemed to have been carried out by you, and you bear full financial responsibility for all such activity.

If you suspect that your 9c444 Login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 9c444 support immediately via [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.4 KYC Verification

9c444 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in line with international gaming compliance standards. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit on 9c444 is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum daily deposit and withdrawal limits apply per account tier and are displayed within your account dashboard.

4.3 Processing Times

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits credit to your 9c444 balance in real time under normal operating conditions. HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers typically settle within one to five minutes. 4.5 Chargebacks and Fraudulent Transactions

Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term governs in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, 9c444 will void all bonus balances, forfeit any associated winnings, and may permanently close the account.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 9c444 platform — including live baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, cricket sportsbook markets, slots, and all other titles — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game on 9c444, you agree to those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

12 Amendments to These Terms

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulatory standards. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with 9c444 support, the matter may be referred to the relevant independent dispute resolution body under the applicable international gaming licence framework under which 9c444 operates. 9c444's decision on wagering disputes, after internal review, is final unless reversed by an independent arbitrator.
